Who we are
Dockland Media Group Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom (company no. 16453422) is the organiser of the Asia Pacific Resilience Summit and the controller of the personal data you give us through this website. Contact: p.hammer@docklandmediagroup.com.
What we collect and why
When you register interest we collect your name, organisation, role, country, work email address and sector. We use them to tell you about the Asia Pacific Resilience Summit: the date and venue once confirmed, the advisory board and partner announcements, and invitations. We do not add you to other mailing lists and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or by writing to the address above. We then stop contacting you about the summit and delete your details, unless we need to keep a record of your withdrawal.
How long we keep it
Until the summit has taken place and its follow-up is complete, or until you withdraw, whichever comes first. Details of attendees are kept under the summit's attendee data notice, which is provided with the invitation.
Where it is processed
Your details are stored in this website's secure database, provided by our website and hosting providers, and are accessible only to the Dockland Media Group team running the summit. Where data is processed outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards UK data-protection law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).
